Create your own homemade Beef or Chicken authentic Chinese Curry with these simple and easy steps;
1. Combine the full packet contents with 1 pint of water and place on the cooker hob on maximum heat.
2. Frequently stir the mix to avoid sticking against the pan and bring the mixture to the boil.
3. Once mixture has thickened, take off the boil and pour/use as desired.
If a smaller portion is preferred, use 45g or half of the mixture and mix with 1/2 pint of water. Store the rest of the product in an airtight container or sealed with a food peg, in a cool dry place.
