When will my order arrive?

 

The lead time for all orders is 3 days. This allows us to have time to source and produce your order.

Our delivery days are  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

We do not deliver Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

The customer must select the available delivery date from the cart prior to check-out. Please make sure the method selected in cart matches the method at the check-out page.

We use APC as our courier for online orders. As our products are perishable, customers must be available to receive their order on the selected delivery date.

APC will send a notification by email and SMS with a 2-hour delivery window. If you are not going to be in, please use the link in the APC notification to choose an alternative option, such as leaving the parcel in a safe place or delivering it to a neighbour.

Please note that, by default, couriers are not permitted to leave perishable goods in a safe place unless you have given permission through the APC delivery notification.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel, or because no alternative delivery instruction has been provided through APC, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for the order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
