Our 1.6kg Whole Chicken will feed between 4 and 5 people with a cooking time of 1hr 40. For the ultimate crispy skin make sure you rub the skin with olive oil or butter and lots of salt and pepper. Finish by increasing the oven temperature to 200c Fan for the last 30 minutes.
